The children were really happy to receive the new balls that we had brought and it was lovely to see some of those whom we had met on our last visit again. The house has been very well maintained with improved bathroom fittings that were coping well with the limescale and high mineral content in the water.

Although the rains came late this year, they have still managed to grow and ripen some of the fruit that was planted and the team have plans to make sure that they are able to save enough water from the next rains for a more stable and free water supply next spring. Diesel required to pump water is very expensive and they need a more sustainable supply for 2020. More on that later.
