Find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably, undisturbed, for 10 or 15 minutes, maybe under a tree or in some other natural environment, or indoors in front of a candle or a vase of flowers. Take a few deep breaths, then just let the world go by. Let your own thoughts come to rest. Let them come and let them go.
Just sit - quietly - expecting no result and no reward.
If this feels comfortable, repeat it, whenever you can make the time.
