Paul Cockhill

Paul was introduced to Albert Schweitzer and his philosophy of Reverence for Life by his wife’s family. He has worked with Reverence for Life UK since 2012 and has been an integral part to forming the charity partnership with VALITA.  He has travelled to Tanzania five times to see how the projects are progressing. Paul is a trustee and has held the role of Project Coordinator.

To Paul, it makes perfect sense to respect, preserve and enjoy the wonder of life in all things. He spent over 20 years of his career in the travel industry and has had the privilege of visiting many wonderful and unique places on this earth. He feels it is our duty to love, respect and take good care of people, the environment and animal kingdom for future generations.

Paul is a keen runner and runs the Bath half marathon each year. He also ran the London marathon in 2019 to help raise much needed funds for Reverence for Life UK.
