My connection with the work of Albert Schweitzer goes back to a first visit to Gunsbach in 1985 for the organ course run by Daniel Roth, where, coincidentally I also met my future husband, Michael. Schweitzer’s work in bringing new ideas on organ design and performance has always fascinated me, and together with Michael I have given a number of presentations to a variety of groups over the years, seeking to bring his ideas and philosophy to a wider audience.
In addition to my work as Director of Music, involving running the thriving choir and playing the organ, I have a busy private music teaching practice, teaching organ and piano. I also teach on organ courses and run workshops and study days on church music skills.
